The three scored inputs
- Payout speed. Scored from the fastest quoted rail, with the slowest displayed next to it. A crypto figure never stands in for a bank transfer.
- Licence clarity. Scored on whether a licensing authority is published and corroborated by more than one independent source. Two agreeing sources rate above one; none rates below both.
- Welcome offer. Scored only where a specific offer is published and corroborated. Where we could not confirm one, the card says so.
Why a payout figure is always a range
Payout time belongs to the payment rail, not the brand. Every operator quotes a spread, so publishing one number means silently choosing the flattering end of it. We publish the fastest and the slowest, plus per-rail detail where we found it.
Verification is the other half of the answer. The clock most operators quote starts when documents are approved, which is why a first withdrawal is almost always the slowest one a player will experience.
What we never generate
A licence number is transcribed or absent — never inferred. An authority may be inferred from converging evidence; a number may not. The same rule governs bonus figures: an invented “200% up to $2,000” is worse than an acknowledged blank, because a reader can act on it and lose money.
Where a field genuinely cannot be settled, it ships as a clearly-labelled estimate. You will see the word estimate on the card.
